Coastal Bend Property Development was formed in June of 1995 as the result of a relationship formed after Kinsel Industries repeatedly produced on-time and on-budget projects for Mr. Rucker's previous development company. Since that time, Coastal Bend Property Development has produced some of the more desirable residential communities within the Harris, Galveston and Brazoria county areas. 

Operating as a multi-faceted land planning, engineering, surveying and development company has allowed us to maximize efficiency, thereby saving time and money for both client and company owned projects. The cumulative experience of our principals and staff represents over 100 years experience in the prudent acquisition and marketing of land, the planning, engineering and development of residential subdivisions and the construction of commercial buildings, sanitary sewer treatment facilities, highways and bridges.

In 2001 Coastal Bend Property Development completed and opened the first 18 holes of Timber Creek Golf Club, www.timbercreekgolfclub.com and by end of the following year added the third nine holes comprising Timber Creeks current 27 hole layout.
